EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES - Covid - 19
LanzaroteGuides SL is implementing the main recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) to stop the spread of the virus, and we adopt all the measures decreed by the authorities regarding restrictions and how to contain it.
That is why we have the only official distinctive of the government of Spain, which recognizes the responsibility of tourist establishments and services that have made an effort to implement the measures of the Guides against Covid-19, with the objective of creating a safe environment for our visitors, users and workers.
In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), the identifying data of the company is set out below.

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. Free cancellation up to 24H before the date selected in the reservation as the start of the activity. As long as the voucher is not redeemed at any box office. (After 24H no refund will be made)
3. In case of not making use of any of the tickets of the ticket packages, for whatever reason, it will not be possible to make any partial refund. Any claim or return once our voucher has been delivered at the first ticket office of any of the centers will have to be approved by the Lanzarote Tourist Centers, these centers becoming the final responsible for all claims.
TICKET PACKAGE BONUS:
It is essential to PRINT and present PRINTED ONLY at the ticket office of the first tourist center from Lanzarote who visits the voucher sent by email after making the purchase. Admission to the centers will not be possible if you do not have the FORM. The company will not be responsible for any damage caused by not following these two clear instructions.
Once our voucher is delivered at the first ticket office they will give you a final ticket that will be stamped in each center, If you lose that final ticket, you will have no way of getting it back and you will lose the money from the tickets that you have not used yet. Attempting to enter a center with a voucher already exchanged will be considered as a crime of documentary falsification ''
The USER / A does not have the right of withdrawal in the purchase of tickets for the free visit to CACT Lanzarote, whether it is individual tickets to each center, or in the purchase of multi-center vouchers, because we are faced with one of the exceptions of the Article 103 in section L) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws that literally establishes: "The Right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to: The provision of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, vehicle rental, food or services related to leisure activities, if the contracts provide a specific performance date or period. " Consequently, we do not accept changes or refunds once the payment of the tickets for the visit of each of the Centers or in the vouchers has been made.

When making the purchase you agree to know that sometimes due to the cloudiness you cannot see the views towards La Graciosa. In this case, no type of refund will be made.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION?
Cancellation must be made using the Manage your Reservation button that appears in the email sent. If you have any problem canceling your reservation, contact us at lanzaroteguides@gmail.com. Please note that it may take up to one business day to return the money to your card after canceling.

LOST PROPERTY POLICY:
The Lanzaroteguides SL company is not responsible for any object lost during the excursion.
However, as an act of good faith, once the excursion is over, the guide must check the bus together with the driver to see if there are any lost objects.
In the event of finding a lost object, it will be deposited that same day at the Lanzaroteguides office for subsequent collection by the owner at said facilities.
